Hello! My name is Lily 🌼

I am an Adelaide based Doula, Herbalist, Reiki practitioner, AN/PP yoga instructor, breathework and meditation facilitator and a current student with APPA - where very soon I will be able to add placenta handling and encapsulation to my services all around South Australia.

I have always been an advocate for natural therapies, growing up with herbalism running in my family, I wanted to extend on this to support mothers and their births.

I create personalised herbal blends - tinctures, capsules, teas, bath soaks, healing bath blends and essential oils blends. Specialising in hormonal balance not only for women, but my offerings extend to men also.
