Our services:
Mother’s Harvest Placenta Services was founded in January of 2024, and I (Michelle Ekhoff) am currently in training with APPA to be a Certified Placenta Specialist. I offer placenta encapsulation (raw start and traditional), tinctures, and salves (soft or hard), mother’s broth, placenta prints (natural or watercolor-no dyes added to placenta), umbilical keepsakes (natural or resin), and breastmilk jewelry (can also do hair, ashes, etc). If you aren’t interested in encapsulation but would like salves, prints, keepsakes or tinctures, I am happy to work with you. I am located in Northeast Colorado, and service a very large portion of the state and parts of Wyoming and Nebraska. Colorado counties include Larimer, Weld, Jackson, Routt, Grand, Eagle, Summit, Clear Creek, Park, Jefferson, Douglas, Denver, Elbert, Lincoln, Kit Karson, Yuma, Washington, Adams, Arapahoe, Morgan, Logan, Sedgwick, Phillips, Boulder, Gilpin, Teller, El Paso, Cheyenne. Nebraska counties include Kimball, Cheyenne, Deuel, Keith, Perkins, Chase, Dundy, Garden, Morrill, Banner, Scotts Bluff, Arthur, Lincoln, Hayes, and Hitchcock. Wyoming counties include Carbon, Albany, Laramie, Sweetwater, Goshen, and Platte. Anything outside of 75 miles from Briggsdale, CO will include a small travel fee. If you are outside of these counties and want to book my services, please contact me. We do not discriminate against anyone for any reason, and we welcome all paths of life. You deserve the most special postpartum and I would love to be a part of that with my specialized services.
About Michelle:
I am a mother of 3 and happily married to my high school sweetheart. We will be celebrating 15 years in 2024. I had a very traumatic first birth that ended in a c-section, so I decided to homebirth with my second. My third was a no-brainer for me, another homebirth. My husband delivered her because our midwife wasn’t able to be there in time. I am extremely passionate about birth and I want to be a midwife when my children are grown. I stepped into birthwork by enrolling in the most prestigious and in depth training, APPA. I am extremely proud to be following my dreams and being a part of something I love so very much. I encapsulated all three of my placentas and have tinctures that I still use today. After seeing the benefits and the low cost of encapsulating, I had to be a part of it.
