Kirsten Lane, wife, and mother to five amazing children. Her journey as a birth worker and placenta encapsulator started after the birth of her 1st daughter. She has had the immense honor to serve her community for over a decade and continues to gain knowledge and skills to better serve her clients.
After the birth of her first daughter, Kirsten experienced postpartum anxiety and OCD, something she had never experienced before. After many months of therapy and medication, she discovered the concept of placenta encapsulation. Over the course of three years, she provided this service to family and friends. Finally, she was blessed with her second baby and had the chance to experience the benefits of encapsulation. To say her postpartum was healing is an understatement! From that moment on Kirsten knew she needed to take formal training and become certified.
Sacred Lane Birth Services offers placenta encapsulation services to Northeast Indiana and surrounding counties. There are a few limitations on placenta release depending on where you plan to deliver but Kirsten can aid you in this process. She is well known as the "Placenta Lady" in her community.
